Monthly Statements

You will receive a statement once a month giving you full details regarding the income received and any disbursements. You will also find all paid invoices attached to your statement for your records.

End of Year Financial Report

At the end of each financial year you will receive a complete income and expenditure report, which can assist you in the preparation of your tax return.

Electronic Transfer of Funds

We know how important it is for you to get your funds as soon as the Tenant pays their rent, as a lot of investment properties have mortgages on them. We find the quickest way is to transfer the funds straight into your nominated account, thus eliminating the chance of a cheque lost in the mail and a clearance period of three days, which applies to all banks - though we are happy to post a cheque if you so wish.
